Nightmare - both price and taste. Two small coffees with poor flavor (my fault - I should have ordered espresso) and two tiny pieces of rhubarb cake with a wooden texture cost 'only' 50 PLN. For a piece of cake weighing 85 grams, you have to pay 11 PLN. For a kilogram of the same cake to go - 49.90. In my opinion, this is a pricing scandal. Moreover, the surroundings are ugly, and there is no information about how much more expensive consumption on-site is. Definitely do not recommend. - Hanna Wnuk-Sondowska
I do not recommend. Not only have they compromised on quality, but they also do not fulfill orders. I placed an order for a birthday cake, and the lady informed me that she could not save it in the system because it would delete an error, but she would take the order and it would be ready for pickup on December 31. We arrived, and there was no cake. None of the staff claimed to have received the order. I am embarrassed; it is shameful to treat a customer this way. Avoid at all costs. I will not order again.
Sowa is just Sowa, superb and flawless. There was no shortage of ice cream flavors, on the contrary - there was plenty to choose from. The coffee was, of course, delicious, the ice dessert 'cookie temptation' and the jelly cake were also spot on. The waiting time was appropriate, so there is nothing to complain about :) A good place for coffee/dessert during shopping.
Unfortunately, already for the second time, when going there for coffee and cake, we were treated like an unwanted customer. The place is open until 20:00 - we were there before 19:00 for a quick coffee and cake... unfortunately, most of the cakes had already been taken to the fridge, and the ones that remained in the display, the staff refused to sell by the portion to eat on-site, offering some single cookies from the back instead... the staff was rude... At 19:20, there was already a big cleaning going on, closing the doors outside... not a nice atmosphere for a calm coffee.
I ordered a birthday cake recently, and unfortunately, the positives ended with the appearance. In terms of taste, it was all sugar and margarine; unfortunately, I dare to say that it was not even fresh because the next day it was simply stale and even worse in taste. I fear that the pastry chef did not even try their own baked goods... I do not recommend it to anyone!
Unfortunately, sometimes you get fresh delicious cake that melts in your mouth, and at other times you get something several days old. Today I pointed out to the lady to give me something fresh, and when I got home, it turned out to be several days old. I do not recommend because they first push what is not fresh. I will not use it again.
Very nice service, a large selection of cakes, cookies, and delicious ice creams. Clean, without crowds. You can take a break here during shopping for coffee and something sweet
Very nice café. You can enjoy good coffee and eat tasty cakes.
Yesterday, along with my mom, while doing some shopping, we had coffee and dessert at Cukiernia Sowa. The sweets were very good, but the manipulation of the seller during my order was unacceptable. I bought coffee; the lady asked if I wanted medium or large without offering a small size! Furthermore, the coffee was supposed to be black - I paid and received one with milk, which is probably more expensive. There was no situation that could have distracted the salesperson; this was a deliberate action aimed at extracting extra money from the customer! I work in a company where I oversee sales, and I know that unnecessary 'low' sales techniques exist if sellers have a good contact with the customer and know the product. These are practices from 10-20 years ago. I do not recommend and will avoid your confectionery like the plague, not because of a few złotys that I lost but because of the lack of honesty on your part.
Very nice place with a semi-exclusive decor, which, despite the fact that the confectionery is in a simple gallery, would be a typical tin shack in a classic PRL housing estate.nnThe service was nice, and we waited only a few minutes for our order even though all the tables were occupied, and when we entered, there were a lot of guests.nnThe ice desserts are delicious, and it's worth noting that they are very large for the price.nnThe coffee also comes in a large size for the price and is exceptionally tasty, although I base this on someone else's opinion (I do not drink coffee myself).
